On February 9, 2021, Delta Dental of Missouri began participating in the Dental Plan Survey—Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems Survey—also known as CAHPS. The Dental Plan Survey is used in the healthcare industry and by the national Delta Dental system to evaluate patient satisfaction and may reveal valuable patient insights.
