Rhonda Graack

General Counsel

Rhonda Graack is general counsel at Delta Dental of Missouri, which also does business in South Carolina as Delta Dental of South Carolina. She joined the organization in 2023, and as an officer, she leads its compliance, legal, audit and government relations functions.

Ms. Graack has more than 15 years of experience as a corporate healthcare attorney and compliance executive. She previously served as vice president of compliance at Evernorth, a Cigna company, where she directed a team of compliance professionals and implemented compliance program strategies for Medicare Parts B and D, Medicaid, commercial pharmacy benefit management, direct care and pharmacy business lines. Prior that role, she served as assistant general counsel and senior legal counsel at Express Scripts, Inc., which was acquired by Cigna.

Ms. Graack earned a Juris Doctor degree from the Arizona State University College of Law, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science and history from the University of California–Santa Barbara.
