Andrew Rouse

Chief Financial Officer

Andrew Rouse is the chief financial officer at Delta Dental of Missouri, which also does business in South Carolina as Delta Dental of South Carolina. He joined the organization in 2024. As a certified public accountant, Mr. Rouse is responsible for directing all accounting, financial, budgeting, forecasting and audit functions of the company and its subsidiaries. He also serves a management liaison to the finance and audit committee of the company’s Board of Directors.

Mr. Rouse has 20 years of financial management, strategic planning and leadership experience in the insurance and healthcare industries. He previously served as a partner at RSM in Chicago, where he led various initiatives, including in roles as national insurance audit leader and national insurance growth leader. He also led RSM’s Insurtech committee, overseeing major firm Insurtech initiatives and fostering strategic partnerships between insurance companies and technology startup companies. Prior to joining RSM, he served as senior manager at Plante Moran in Chicago, where he directed teams nationwide and provided audit, accounting and consulting services to clients in the insurance industry.

Mr. Rouse earned a Bachelor of Science degree in accountancy and a Master of Accounting Science degree in accountancy from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
